Welcome to ProFinish Solutions. By booking a service, requesting a quote, or using our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Services

ProFinish Solutions provides residential cleaning, commercial cleaning, and post-construction cleaning services. Service details, pricing, and availability may change without notice.

2. Estimates & Pricing

• Quotes are based on the information provided by the customer.

• Final pricing may be adjusted if the property's condition, size, or requested services differ from the original estimate.

• Additional services requested during the appointment may result in additional charges.

3. Scheduling & Access

Customers agree to provide safe and timely access to the property at the scheduled appointment time.

If our cleaning team cannot access the property, a lockout or cancellation fee may apply.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Appointments may be rescheduled or canceled with at least 24 hours' notice.

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service price.

5. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We accept approved payment methods through our online booking and invoicing system.

Returned payments or chargebacks may result in additional fees.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with the quality of your cleaning, please notify us within 24 hours of service completion.

We will make reasonable efforts to address any missed areas at no additional cost. Refunds are provided at the sole discretion of ProFinish Solutions.

7. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

• Secure pets during the cleaning appointment.

• Inform us of fragile, valuable, or delicate items.

• Notify us of any hazards or unsafe conditions before service begins.

8. Limitation of Liability

While we exercise reasonable care, ProFinish Solutions is not responsible for:

• Normal wear and tear.

• Damage resulting from pre-existing conditions.

• Improperly installed fixtures or furniture.

• Items not disclosed as fragile.

• Damage caused by events beyond our reasonable control.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service giving rise to the claim.

9. Website Use

All website content, logos, images, and branding are the property of ProFinish Solutions and may not be copied without permission.

10. SMS Communications

By providing your phone number and opting in, you consent to receive text messages from ProFinish Solutions regarding:

• Appointment confirmations

• Appointment reminders

• Service updates

• Customer support

• Billing notifications
